A half mile away, residents can chill and listen to live music at 1982 Bar, or travel a little further and take in a show at the Hippodrome State Theatre. Two convenient and unconventional grocery stores, Chun Ching Oriental Food Supply and Renaissance Fair Market Shopping Center, are within a mile of the complex. Despite the location and affordable prices, reviews stated that the complex and grounds are not maintained and repaired as some residents feel they should be, while others said parking can be difficult.
