Residents are a jaunt from Curtis Lovelace Park and a variety of retail and dining locations, such as: Suntrust Bank, Winn-Dixie, CVS, Mi Tierra Mexican Restaurant, Subway, Pizza Hut, and others. Residents have expressed concern about the building's structure and report trouble with appliances.
