Units vary from one to three bedrooms and features can include hardwood floors, exposed duct work, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with stunning city views. Contemporary kitchens can include stainless steel appliances or granite counter tops and breakfast bars. Resident reviews caution about nightlife noise on the street side and careless pet owners although allow the loft style apartments themselves are unique and beautiful. The building is close to many of the amenities downtown has to offer, including all the restaurants and shopping any tenant could want to take advantage of. There is a movie theater, the Cobb Plaza 12, just around the corner for entertainment. Renter reviews make clear that you will either love or hate this place. A number of reviewers are unhappy about noise from the nearby bars and clubs, while others praise the central location of 55 West and seem to enjoy the things offered by the apartment high rise. Lucerne Towers is situated in the heart of Orlando’s downtown. Residents have unlimited access to the many attractions and nightlife locations in the city. The towers rest directly beside beautiful Lake Lucerne, the apartment complex’s namesake. There are a number of reviews which mention complaints about building/unit maintenance. While there may be some problems with the maintenance, reviewers praised the location and their ability to easily access downtown. St. Regis Apartments are situated near several main roads including I-4, the 400, and the 408. Tenants looking for some lakeside fun can head over to Lake Eola Park just two blocks away or check out the nearby Lake Olive or Lake Lawsona. Located in the heart of downtown Orlando, the complex is close to the Amway Center event venue and stadium, as well as Big Belly Brewery and SAK Comedy Lab. Reviewers liked the area and quaint charm of the building and units. However, reviewers would like to see management do better upkeep and repairs on the building and tighten security.
