The District Universal Boulevard sits 8 miles south of downtown Orlando near I-4 and the 528. Theme park enthusiasts will enjoy the short 5 mile distance from the Disney World Resort Center and SeaWorld, just 2 miles away. For tenants who must have their morning cup of joe, Coffee @ the District is down the road. For convenient shopping, Publix Supermarket is a few blocks away. For earth-friendly shopping, Whole Foods Market is a short 2 miles away. Although reviewers liked the location and unit floor plans, many found the hallways unkempt and the rent too high. The Landmark At Universal is situated right next door to Universal Studios Florida, on Vineland Road. Nearby are a plethora of destinations for renters to enjoy, such as: Border Grill, Carrabba’s, Region’s Bank, Domino’s Pizza, Waffle House, McDonald’s and more. Tenant reviews have pointed out that The Landmark can be a little loud and the hustle and bustle of having Universal next door can be an inconvenience.
