The Windrush Village Apartments are found in the eastern part of Tallahassee near Governor’s Park, Crossfit Gym Tallahassee, Target, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, and China Dragon. Residents can choose from one, two, and three bedroom apartments, all of which include large, spacious rooms with closets. Older reviews mentioned difficulties with the management staff, however newer reviews were very pleased with the changes made to the recently hired management staff who are working to please all residents.

Castle Apartments lie in a neighborhood southeast of downtown Tallahassee. Only three miles away from the epicenter of the city, the building is right around the corner from Apalachee Parkway, enabling residents to quickly access various parts of the city. Reviewers commend management, staff, and maintenance alike; they report that if there are ever any issues with amenities, maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. Some reviewers write that they only moved out because they bought a house. Reviewers also write that they enjoy each other’s company, and that it is not uncommon for renters to become good friends.
