Situated right off of Florida State Road 371, The Colonnade is within walking distance of many local hot spots. Tenants can fulfill a wide variety of needs like grocery shopping Pat’s Supermarket and attending live music shows at Revolution Live Tallahassee, all within a mile radius from the apartment complex. The Colonnade is also just under a mile away from The Florida State University campus so students who are affiliated with the University benefit greatly from its location. Some tenants have expressed frustration with crime control and the previous management, but The Colonnade has recently come under new management.
