Also nearby are the Scotty Cooper Park, Al Lopez Park, and Emerald Greens Golf Resort. The units are very spacious and include a fully equipped fitness center and a swimming pool with a kiddie pool. The complex is a good location for students and faculty, with four universities — including the Art Institute of Tampa and Hillsborough Community College — within a mile.
