Camden Woods is located in a great part of town close to Veteran’s Expressway, Tampa International Airport, Downtown Business Districts, several beaches, and Westshore Mall. This quiet complex includes a swimming pool, fitness center, and private entrances for each unit. Many residents said the staff is wonderful and they always have a smile on their face. Maintenance is super quick and there is no waiting time. Some complaints reference parking, which is located under trees, so debris from trees often falls on the cars. In most reviews, tenants loved the location of Sweetwater Cove Apartments, which is just off Memorial Highway right next to the river. One tenant love it’s close proximity to schools and shopping. Three malls are within a 10 mile radius of the community and the airport is merely minutes away. Tenants love the friendly staff and how quick maintenance responds to any issue. Residents also like the fact that security is tight and how secure they feel in this complex. Tenants had nothing but wonderful things to say about this complex. Bridgeview Apartments settle on three beautiful lakes and is close to International Plaza & Bay Street and Westshore Plaza malls. The Sweetwater Organic Community Farm, Cypress Point Park and Ben T Davis Beach are all in the area. The management staff is very friendly and take care of the grounds and apartments. Any issues are addressed that day or the next day the latest. One tenant described the location as well-connected, yet serene. There have been concerns about the rodent situation, but because the management is so fast to respond, this has been resolved rather quickly. Read all reviews...

Rocky Creek is situated near the 589 and the Tampa International Airport, 6 miles east of downtown Tampa. Tenants with a hankering for fresh produce can head over to the Sweetwater Organic Community Farm on Sundays. For a nice place to study or read, tenants can walk a few blocks to the Town ‘N Country Regional Library.
