Out at Northeast Arcadia Lakes, Gable Hill Apartments is located on Ross Road. Interstates 77 & 20 are right around the corner, so residents can easily reach other parts of the city. Being so close to Fort Jackson, this may be a good rental option for the families of people in service of the armed forces. Many reviewers are dissatisfied with maintenance, as bugs have been a concern mentioned tenant reviews. Found just minutes away from SpringWood Lake, Brookside Crossing is also near NorthEast Regional Library, Apex Eye Care Shop, and G. Werber Bryan Psychiatric Hospital. Some amenities include large walk-in closets, balconies and patios attached to the units, on-site washer and dryers, and garbage disposals. Reviews explained that the staff is very professional and treat all residents with respect. Viera Wildewood is located by Sesquicentennial State Park, which is a wonderful feature in the area of Columbia. Wildewood Country Club is also nearby, sure to please golf enthusiasts. Shopping malls are a bit more removed, but Columbia Place Mall and Dentsville Square Shopping Center might be worth the trip. San Jose Restaurante Mexicano, Zaxby’s, and Bojangles’ are just a sampling of restaurants nearby. A number of renter reviews mentioned issues with their appliances and disagreements with the new staff, while others disliked paying to resolve some maintenance issues. The Keswick is on Sparkleberry Lane, just off of Interstate 20. The property is situated directly beside Fort Jackson, so it may be a good option for military families. Residents are never more than a short trip from a restaurant or store. Nearby are Stonefire American Grill, Clothing World, Red Lobster, Target, and Olive Garden. There have been critical reviews of The Keswick, complaining that repairs are difficult to obtain, and that the construction is old and needs updated.
