The Brookhaven Apartments are centrally located on Peachtree Road steps from Cherokee Plaza, Starbucks, Kroger, and more. Public transportation is available at several places around the complex. I-85 and 400 are just a short drive.
One former tenant enjoyed found the rent a little expensive, but said the property was much higher quality than others nearby. Reviewers agreed residents are generally friendly and the maintenance is fairly responsive, often addressing issues within 24 hours. Many residents are unhappy with management changes and decided not to renew their lease. Several complained of difficulties during the move-out procedures.

Reserve At Lenox Park sits on Reserve Drive by Interstate 85. Downtown Atlanta is merely 9 miles away and is an easy commute with the interstates and bus stops near the building. Residents can shop at the Northeast Plaza Shopping Center across the street or can bowl at Funtime Bowling. Clack's Corner is a local spot which offers community activities or exercise. Reviews speak highly of the responsive staff, location, and reasonable price of rent. However, some disapprove of the parking and noise levels.
