Aqua At Lakeshore East is a mixed use high rise with hotel, apartments and condos sharing the same building amenities. For apartments 1 and 2 bedroom are available from 774 to 1160 square feet. Fitness amenities include not just a gym but also an indoor lap pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms, massage rooms, business center with computers, copier/scanner and fax machine (in the office) and several party rooms. The pool deck is the largest in Chicago, with a huge pool, cabanas, running track, jacuzzi, and amazing views. Apartment are reviewed as nice but more functional than luxury. Columbus Plaza is high rise Chicago living in style with full time door staff and plenty of community amenities like laundry and fitness facilities. Great views of the city, especially at night. This is an older building and residents say with the solid walls, you don't hear your neighbors. Resident reviews cite friendly and helpful staff, from the doormen to the manager. Grocery stores are easy access, within 3 blocks, with all the top restaurants and bars nearby. The best part of the location is its proximity to the beautiful Chicago Riverwalk. MDA City Apartment is located near Route 41 and the Dusable Harbor, in the heart of Chicago. Seven bus stops surround the complex, making travel via public transportation a snap. Local attractions like Lurie Garden and McCormick Tribune Plaza — where free movies and outdoor concerts are held — are just blocks away. Restaurants are just a short walk from the premises, with Catch 35, South Water Kitchen, Elephant & Castle, and Gold Coast Dogs down the street.
