Grace Street Towers is located off Route 41, about 4 miles north of downtown Chicago. Situated a short walk from Lake Michigan, the property is near Puptown Dog Park, the Sydney R. Marowitz Golf Course, and Waveland Park, which includes tennis courts and baseball fields. And if tenants accidentally take a baseball or tennis ball to the head, the Thorek Memorial Hospital is only a few blocks away. In addition, six bus stops surround the complex, allowing tenants to easily traverse the city. Although parking can be difficult, reviews found the maintenance and management staff to be professional and helpful, and the units to be well-kept.
