Located in the neighborhood of Sherman Commons, Shadeland Plaza, and Linwood Square Shopping Center, Jackson Branch offers a convenience to I-70 and USS Indianapolis Memorial Highway. Not to mention, a Starbucks is on East Washington Street, a few miles from the complex. Although the property is central to multiple major highways and less than 8 miles to the city, some residents are dissatisfied with changes in management rules/procedures. Preston Pointe Apartments are near several different parks including Brookside, Ellenberger, Greene, and Windsor Village Park. Employees of Community Hospital East will enjoy a quick commute. Though commuting anywhere in the city is easy with four bus stops along N. Arlington Ave, which is within walking distance for Preston Pointe residents. Braeburn Village Apartments of Indianapolis are near a Cracker Barrel, Outback Steakhouse, and Joe's Crab Shack, so hungry tenants need not travel far. Shadeland Plaza Shopping Center is just up the street. Residents with children attending Irvington Community Elementary School will appreciate its proximity, within a mile of the complex. Recently, tenants have been trouble with maintenance problems being attended to in a timely manner, but another resident wrote a review saying that they loved it there and felt very safe knowing there was a police station next door. The Saxony Court Apartments offer spacious one and two bedroom Indianapolis IN apartments for rent with private parking.
