The complex is also close to the Krannert Aquatic Center at Neeld Ditch. Tenant reviewers have been very pleased with their experiences at Suncrest: property management is kind and competent, maintenance staff is friendly and efficient, and the neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. Cloverleaf Apartments sit off of Washington Street, right beside I-74. It's a short commute to downtown with the city only 6 miles away and countless bus stops in the area. Renters can choose to dine at a variety of places off of Washington Street, including the Checkered Flag Tavern, Safari, and even a White Castle. Lynhurst Park Apartments are very close to Indianapolis International Airport and Marwood Shopping Plaza. Commuting in or around the city is a cinch with I-70 and I-74 just minutes from the property. Golfers can play a round at Buffer Park Golf Course, then grab a bit at The Tamale Place nearby. Past residents have said the apartments themselves are nice, and maintenance is not a problem. Windsor Park apartments are near eateries such as Long's Bakery Inc, Joe's Crab Shack, and Gallagher's Pizza Express. Indianapolis Public Library – Wayne Branch is just up the street for any avid readers, while Krannent Park is close by for any outdoorsy types. For some good family fun there is also an arts and crafts store called Homespun: Modern Handmade nearby. As of April 2013, there are only two reviews for the apartments, but both residents were very pleased with the building.
