According to resident reviews, Rangeland Manor previously suffered from a lot of crime orientated activity. However, new management has come in and improved these apartments. Reviewers compliment the large size of the units and appreciate that the police control to keep tenants safe. Many say the staff is helpful, despite some issues with a response time from maintenance. The complex is located near the Black Mudd Park, which is perfect for an outdoorsy renters. Restaurants like the Ole Hickory Pit Bar-B-Que, O’Connell’s Irish Pub, and Cast Away Lounge are close by as well. Jefferson Mall is further off but is ideal for a shopping trip.

Cooper Creek Village Apartments are well maintained by the management. Reviews say the staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance reacts to any issues with immediacy. Rally’s Hamburgers, China Café, and Jerry’s Restaurants are nearby eateries. Jefferson Mall is close, which makes shopping easy. A bit further off is the Louisville International Airport, so traveling in and out of the city is simple. Also a bit farther off is Preston Arts Center Inc. which would be a perfect day trip to go and visit. An abundance of colleges are also in the area, such as Kidz University, Daymar College, and Brown Mackie College, so Cooper Creek Village Apartments are great for any students and staff.
