Garden Gate is on Duane Point Circle, in Louisville’s eastern suburbs. Renters are just off of Interstate 64, so getting into the city is a cinch. A short trip down the road and residents will find a plethora of shopping and dining opportunities, including Waffle House, Kroger, Skyline Chili, Olive Garden, IHOP, and Jimmie John’s. Reviews have been mixed for this complex. Some mention that the staff is absent much of the time, so repairs can be difficult to get done.
