Public transportation is no problem with several bus stops in the area. One reviewer mentioned how much she loved the people and the on-site clubhouse. Located in the area of Middle River, the Commons at White Marsh afford residents a communal setting in relatively close proximity to Chesapeake Bay. Residents will hardly be at a lack of activities, for Martin Plaza is less than 2 miles away and offers tenant shopping like Kohl’s or Target. Movie lovers can a movie through the Redbox. Renters with a fast food craving are sure to be satisfied by a Chick-fil-a or Tacobell, or order a pizza at Papa John’s. Reviews voice mixed opinions on the quality of living. The Kingston Townhomes are located just minutes from the beautiful Baltimore beaches, as well as the Martin State Airport, the Kingston Park, and the Hawthorne Plaza Shopping Center. The Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads boasts a quiet location set back in the trees, up against Holy Hill Memorial Gardens. Directly surrounded by several parks and set apart from Route 43, the Arbors are in a prime location. Shopping is convenient with Costco, Kings Court Shopping Center, and Victory Villa Shopping Center within minutes. Traveling is a cinch with Martin State Airport and I-95 just down the road. Reviews of this property are mixed. Since the recent management exchange, there have been issues regarding communication.
