Skylark Pointe Apartments are located in the suburbs of Baltimore, close to the quiet country roads such as Route 147. To the south, Carney Village Shopping Center is under one mile away and provides tenants with their choice of either Walgreen's or CVS pharmacy, not to mention a Bank of America and an Atlas Personal Trainers for all of your personal care needs. As far as food goes, Mars Super Market offers all you’ll need in the way of groceries. Reviews of this property have spoken highly of its location and its affordability. The major complaints are in reference to the increased lease rates after a year and the need for better cell phone reception.

Located in the northern part of Baltimore in the area known as Parkville, the Kenilworth at Perring Park apartments are family and pet-friendly. Situated nearby is the El Salto Mexican Restaurant, the Weber’s Cider Mill Farm, and the Pine Grove Golf Course. The apartments offer the option to rent by month if desired and feature an adult size pool, as well as a younger children’s pool. Reviews loved the managerial and maintenance staff but were bothered by the noise from their neighbors.
