Waterford Place Apartments reside in a fantastic area at the center of Boston. Tenants have access to tons of public transportation to travel around the city. Red Sox fans are approximately 10 minutes away from Fenway Park and numerous attractions in Boston like the Mills Gallery, the Boston Tea Party Ship & Museum, and the Boston Athenaeum. 160 East Berkeley Street Apartments feature loft style apartments with high ceilings, polished concrete floors all the conveniences of city living. Every apartment has a fully applianced kitchen with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and plentiful cabinet and counter space. The floor plans are large and open. With many of the units spread out over 2 or 3 floors, walls and stairs create a balance between an open layout and private bedrooms. Public transportation, award-winning restaurants and shopping are just minutes away and it is less than one block to the new Silver line with Restaurant Row just a few blocks. Although James Court Apartments' management has been difficult to work with at times, the amenities and apartments themselves are well kept, and the A/C and heating have never been problems.
