Set back from Hiawatha Ave, the Oaks Hiawatha Station boasts quiet and cozy living. Reviewers enjoy living here. The only complaint concerns the air conditioning during the summer months, but residents say there are no drafts. Tenant reviews note the accommodating underground and street parking. In less than half a mile, residents can reach 2 bus stops and a light rail station, making the Oaks an extremely accessible place to live. If you’re the traveling type, Minneapolis-St. Paul International is just under 5 miles to the south of the Oaks Hiawatha. Just of I-94, Franklin Co Op offers tenants the ability to have a say in their housing. Recent reviews of this Co Op love the fact that they can make decisions about how their building is run. Not only do they enjoy the feel of belonging that this choice affords, but they also enjoy the proximity to Ausburg College and the short walk to the University of Minnesota West. There cannot be enough said about the location for these apartments due to the area. Tenants enjoy 2 bus stop on the same block, nearby grocery stores, Target, and the local post office.
