Brownhardt Apartments are approximately three miles from the Metropolitan Community College - Penn Valley Campus. The apartments lie at the center between North Hyde Park and Central Hyde Park. For convenient local shopping, there is a Costco within a mile of the property. There have been recent renovations with to the apartments and one tenant had huge compliments for the management and building. He/she was very pleased that all appliances were new and modern and the large windows that provided a lot of light, not to mention a great view. Brownhardt was very quiet despite all the dogs that lived there, and one reviewer felt there was great privacy between the apartments.
