Located in Raytown, a suburb of Kansas City, Clear View Apartments are the great for the individual looking for a quiet area. Just one mile off of Route 350, residents are secluded, but are still be able to reach out into the community. Once on Route 350, you’ll have amenities such as a Walmart and a Blockbuster at your fingertips. Need a quick bite? There is also a KFC and McDonald’s on this roadway. If you need schooling, there are schools within a mile as well as Raytown Consolidated School District. Residents have reported fairly standard rental issues, such as door propping and maintenance response time; however, management is active in the building and comes through in the end.
