Some parts of Saint Louis can be sketchy, however the Waterman Clara is located in the Central West End of a safe neighborhood. Within walking distance of attractions such as Saint Louis University and Washington University, college students, as well as young professionals and families are renting from this clean, well-kept complex. Reviewers explained that maintenance is especially good about completing requests, of which rarely occur. For business men and women, the MetroLink is about a 10-15 minute walk from the complex and runs very frequently. Sounds too good to be true, right? A down side is that the Waterman Clara shares a fitness center and pool with their sisterhood complex, the Embassy, which is 10 minutes away.
