The property offers affordable housing for students and faculty of The St. Louis Community College, which is less than 2 miles away. Tenants can take a stroll through Ponca Trail and Modoc Trail or run on a track nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options, which residents can take advantage of. A shopping center is within minutes of the complex, containing a Walmart and Target. Maintenance is works to make repairs as quickly as possible. Some renters complained that the appliances were outdated, but found the staff was receptive to any suggestions.
