1111 Dearborn is situated in a prime location with easy access to multiple bus lines and the Clark/Division subway station. The apartment offers excellent views of Lake Michigan and is a quick walk to Lincoln Park. Nightlife in the neighborhood is lively as the building sits just off State and Rush Street, which house several bars and clubs including Proof, The Cedar Hotel, and Le Colonial. For those who are looking to relax, Washington State Park, Seward Park, and Goudy Square Park are just moments away. One tenant had issues with the general upkeep of the apartments and the outdated amenities. Many reviewers, however, were pleased with the location of the building and the friendly office staff.

1120 N. La Salle is nestled in a vibrant neighborhood minutes away from Lake Michigan and Northwestern University. The area is a cultural hub that holds the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Chicago History Museum, and The Hancock Observatory that not only overlooks the city, but also has views of four states. Grocery shopping is convenient with several markets to choose from: Whole Foods is a less than a mile away, Treasure Island Foods is down the block, and Goddess and Grocer is also in the area. Tenants have had problems with the customer service manager, citing trouble with miscommunications. However, the maintenance staff as well as the door staff have been commended for prompt and friendly service.

Fewkes Tower is located in the heart of Chicago. Situated next to Washington Square Park and a rail station, tenants who live in this complex are near everything that downtown has to offer. Residents can check out the Underground Water Bar and Alan Koppel Gallery a few blocks away for some culture and entertainment. Moody Bible Institute, Northwestern University, and Loyola University Chicago are also all within walking distance. Reviews stated that they loved the location, and that management was helpful and made an effort to connect with residents via community events.
