If you want luxury apartment living within walking of all the restaurants and entertainment St. Louis has to offer then this is the place. Park Pacific has great amenities and great common areas and the management is invested in keeping them well. The views are beautiful and the apartment layouts suit contemporary living perfectly. These lofts are a piece of the St. Louis artist community, as residents must qualify to live in the building. Residents love the the studio spaces for dance, music, pottery, and painting/drawing. Picture rails allow tenants a space to display their work throughout the building, which helps create the strong sense of community the tenants feel. Street parking is limited and recently became metered, but management offers garage parking. Many enjoy the urban location near Busch Stadium, The Dome.
