The Hutcheson Arms is located off Delmar Boulevard, not far from I-64. For students who attend St. Louis University and the Central West End, it's in the perfect spot. Downtown St. Louis is only 6 miles away with plenty of bus stops for a quick commute. Tenants enjoy a cyber cafe, reserved parking, a 24 hour fitness center, and a pet friendly community. Some reviewers have had foundation problems and a slow moving maintenance crew, nevertheless new management has been working to resolve many of the issues that lingered from the previous management.

The Saum is located off of I-44 and only 3 miles from downtown St. Louis. Tenants have access to buses and the metro to make getting around the city a snap. The Southtown Centre and Gravois Plaza are two nearby areas great for shopping and dining. The Water Tower Dog Park is directly beside the complex and a great place to go for a stroll. Reviewers love the pet friendly environment and the and the ample parking available. Others have criticized the condition of the units during move-in and the management delay in solving issues.
