The West End City Apartments are located in the heart of Saint Louis about 1.5 miles from the trendy Central West End, which features unique small shops and restaurants. The apartment complex lies within walking distance to St. Louis University and is reasonably priced which attracts college grads or young professionals. Although the price is reasonable, the utilities are taken for the entire building, resulting in rather high payments. Despite the older building’s structure, which causes many maintenance problems, the outdoor facilities, which include a pool area and patio, are quite popular. Reviewers believe the most exciting attraction is Forest Park, a welcoming park, friendly among people and pets.
