Right off I-44, Orchard Park Apartments is close to restaurants such as Purple Burrito and IHOP. Shopping is not far with Walmart and Dillon's Market are just down the road. As a newer building, tenants value the amenities included in rent, like complimentary cable and WiFi. Some complain of the internet speed, but blame the provider. All residents must pass a background check, so several reviewers feel they and their children are safe. Changes in management resulted in discontent for a few former tenants from in 2012, however several residents found new management helpful. One longtime resident chose the Half Moon Village because of its proximity to Willow Brook Elementary School, a reputable school in the area. She valued the location because great, parks, shopping, movie theaters, and more are nearby. Route D and Route 67 are a few minutes away. Public transportation is available at the end of an adjacent street. Some former residents enjoyed the spacious apartments, but had trouble regulating heat/air conditioning to find an appropriate temperature. San Rafael stands off of I-70, below Missouri Air National Guard, just over 14 miles from downtown. The building provides great housing for students or faculty at the University of Missouri-St. Louis close by. Tenants can shop at the Marshall's and Dollar Tree right down the road. The Lynn Town Apartments are situated in northwestern St. Louis which is close to the Lambert International Airport and the Breckenridge Hills area. The apartments feature a variety of layouts, however the popular catch is the hardwood floors and swimming pool. Each apartment is also equipped with a walk-in closet and laundry facility.
