Timberlake Apartments, now known as Kirkwood Bluffs Apartments, can be found off of Big Bend Road near interstate 270. The property offers affordable housing for students and faculty of The St. Louis Community College, which is less than 2 miles away. Tenants can take a stroll through Ponca Trail and Modoc Trail or run on a track nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options, which residents can take advantage of. A shopping center is within minutes of the complex, containing a Walmart and Target. Maintenance is works to make repairs as quickly as possible. Some renters complained that the appliances were outdated, but found the staff was receptive to any suggestions.
