The high quality, upscale apartments are equipped with a full size washer and dryer and large walk-in closet. Reviewers claim that the granite counter-top kitchens are what people are talking about. Although these apartments offer many exciting features, it seems that families with children are discouraged from renting because some renters do not want to be disturbed by young children.
