Hampton Gardens are older apartments in this area and that means the grounds are filled with mature trees and the interiors have great closets! Outdoors there are play areas and management is on site so the grounds are kept up well. These have a garden apartment feel but are pretty close to downtown and convenient to shopping and entertainment. The rents are a little higher considering the age of the apartments but the management gets great reviews for caring about the tenants.

Park Clayton resides in an ideal location off of I-64, below the St. Louis Zoo, and barely 7 miles from downtown. There are numerous bus stops close to the property. Some of the local attractions include the Highlands Golf and Tennis Center, The Saint Louis Art Museum, and the Missouri History Museum. Reviews state that the units are affordable, although management is often out of the office and the apartment building has an insect problem.
