Stanford Place is located on Manchester Road by I-64, approximately 11 miles from downtown. Renters like that the rent includes all utilities, that management is extremely helpful, and the numerous amenities the building has to offer. Reviews have complained about the run down appearance of some of the units and a insect infestation. Community around the city is a snap with a bunch of bus stops around. Bandana's BBQ Rock Hill, Custard Factory, and Trainwreck Saloon are a few restaurants within walking distance of the complex.

The Villas At Brentwood are urban luxury apartments positioned just off of I-64. There are tons of places to shop and the Galleria Mall in the neighborhood. Tenants can shop at a handful of great grocery stores, including Whole Food's Market, Trader Joe's, and Shop n' Save. Many reviewers most enjoy the prime location. Residents say that the maintenance is quick to respond and management is great and will go the extra mile to help out with any issue, though there can be a delay now and again. Some leaseholders have been dissatisfied with the noise level.
