Briarwood Apartments has both newly renovated spaces and older apartments on the same, well-landscaped property in south central Omaha. The complex is close to the airport, but not too close for jet noise, and near several training schools and higher education facilities. Briarwood is a good rental value in Omaha and generally receives positive reviews from recent residents. One reviewer from March 2013 dislikes the windows, plumbing, and appliances, but likes the staff very much. A previous resident describes her former neighbors as friendly and the maintenance staff as quick to respond. The same reviewer enjoyed the resident events held by the Briarwood staff. Orangearrow
