Alpine Village is on Brush Street in the heart of Las Vegas. The premises is located in the neighborhood of a plethora of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, including: Walmart, Little Caesar’s Pizza, China Star, CVS, Sin City Smoke Shop, Starbucks, Ross Dress For Less, Subway, Walgreen's, Pop’s Philly Steak, and more. Many reviewers of Alpine Village would like the staff to be more involved and active in the community. Others mention that the units could use a bit of updating. There are several positive reviews, however they do not note anything specific about what made their stay pleasant.

Just down the street, there is a plethora of shopping and dining to be had, including Kmart, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Subway, Starbucks, and the Foothill Express Casino. Some reviewers have complained that maintenance can be slow to respond. However, other reviewers are a bit more positive, praising St. Croix for its ideal location and kind office staff.

Torrey Lane sits on Casada Way, just off of West Charleston Boulevard. The complex is convenient to public transportation, so tenants can explore the rest of the city. Torrey Lane is right around the corner from the College of South Nevada, which might make the apartments a good option for students. Renters can enjoy proximity to a wide array of eateries and shops, including Walgreen's, Jack In The Box, Azuza Hookah Lounge, Assistance League Thrift Shop, Denny’s, and others. Reviewers have been largely positive about their stay at Torrey Lane. Many reviews praise the complex for its great maintenance staff and responsive office workers.
