The Wellington is situated a little over 9 miles from downtown Vegas on West Sahara Avenue. There is tons to do with Village Square right across the street. Tenants can get something to eat at the Jack in the Box, watch a movie at the Regal Village Square Stadium 18, grab a coffee from Panini Cafe, or enjoy some peace and quiet at the Sahara West Library. Reviews mention that the property is unsafe and complain that remodeling has been taking longer than expected. Nevertheless, management and maintenance are fast at responding to problems.
