Willowbrook sits on South Pavilion Center Drive, just off of the Las Vegas Beltway. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to learn that the complex is located right next to the Arroyo Golf Club. The premises is also near a variety of shopping and dining locations, such as Best Buy, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Olive Garden, Costco, Burger King, Marshall's, and more. Reviews for Willowbrook have been mixed. A number of reviews point out that maintenance is slow and that the complex has had a pest problem. At the same time, there are several positive reviews which compliment the staff for their professionalism and skill. Also, many reviewers were pleased with the size of their rental units.
