Villas At Sunrise Mountain sits on Sahara Avenue, close to Hollywood Regional Park. Down the street, residents may go grocery shopping at the Green Valley Grocery. Or, perhaps for a quick bite, tenants can visit Rivas Mexican Grill. There is a Walmart Supercenter located a short trip from the complex as well, so residents never need to go without. Reviewers of the Villas At Sunrise Mountain have been quite positive. There have been complaints of noise and some crime in the neighborhood, but other reviewers have been more enthusiastic.
