Reviewers write that while they enjoy many of the amenities of Hue Urban Apartments, like the well-equipped gym and the spacious apartment layouts, some feel that the maintenance issues and questions about rent are not resolved to their satisfaction. Some tenants write that the rent they pay does not seem justified by what Hue Urban Apartments offers; others believe that it does, and cite the convenience of the building to Raleigh and I-40 as one of the main advantages.
