These apartments are in a great location in Raleigh, with plenty of outdoor recreation choices very nearby. Woodlake Downs is not a brand new complex and the rents a good for the area and the apartments are good size for the price. There is ample parking and the "street" (really the driveway) is quiet. The apartments vary from 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 baths to 3 bedroom and 3 baths. Strickland Farms has a colonial plantation feel and the grounds are kept very well. Management is vigilant about parking and keeping things in order for rent-paying residents~ don't lose your parking permit. Grocery shopping is within walking distance if you like and if you need a highway commute 540 is close by but not within earshot....the complex is buffered nicely with trees. Read all reviews...
