The Preserve at Briar Creek lies between Raleigh and Durham, making it the perfect place for roommates attending school anywhere in the Research Triangle region! Some residents dislike the fact that students come and go from the Preserve at all hours of the night. Other residents dislike the additional fees that management can sometimes assess.
