Spinnaker Cove is located at Captains Bridge in Washington, OH, just outside Dayton. The premises is just off Interstate 675 for a quick commute. Also, the apartments are quite near Lyons and Newmark Office Parks, for the businessperson looking for a place near work. There is a nearby Wal-Mart Supercenter and shopping center for retail and restaurant options. Tenants can visit the nearby Salvation Army to go thrifting, or perhaps a stop at Qdoba, O’Charley’s, PetSmart, or any of the various establishments nearby. Renters will enjoy views of water and reviews have often praised the quality of the units. Reviewers have complained that the staff can be slow to fix problems for long-term residents, but many reviews make no mention of this.
