Washington Park is located on Washington Village Drive, just off of Interstate 675. The complex is convenient to a wide array of retail and restaurant locations, such as: The Chop House, Champps Americana, The Cranberry Cupboard, Carver’s Steaks and Chops, J Alexander’s, Frickers, Old Country Buffet, and many many more. Tenants have been quite pleased with their time at Washington Park, as reflected by reviews. The units are spacious and management/maintenance have been very helpful.

The Woods of Centerville sits on Meeting House Road, just off of Interstate 275. Residents can be comforted by the fact that the premises are just down the street from Miami Valley Hospital. In addition to the hospital, there are many restaurants and shops nearby for tenants to visit, such as Burger King, Walmart, Applebee’s, Gamestop, Staples, Subway, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Walgreen's, and Kroger. Several tenant reviews feel that the units are in need of repair. The staff seems friendly enough, so perhaps they are working on a solution.
