These townhouses are very affordable and with a responsive management staff that makes the right combination. SK Management townhouses are kept up very well ~ they are not the newest construction but clearly the priorities are to make tenants happy so they stay. This convenient location puts tenants near employers, shopping, businesses, and recreation. Colony East also features amenities, on-site maintenance, and is also pet friendly. Rent ranges anywhere from $625-$720. Some residents in the past have said that the amenities are a little run-down, however they are supplied and seem to still be able to function.
