Broad River Trace is an excellent place to live; the maintenance makes everyone a priority, fixing any issues as soon as possible. Some reviews note that noise does travel throughout the apartment, but many like the pond which is a nice scenic element to the apartments. Plenty of restaurants are in the neighborhood were renters can go to dine out, like Platinum Plus, Atrium Deli & Snack Bar, and China Hut Ace. Riverbanks Zoo and Garden offer a fun day trip or an attraction to people from out of town. Dutch Square Center is not far off for shopping.
