There were some issues dealing with rent prior to the management change, but they may have been resolved. Many tenants consider the location to be top notch. Shores at Elders Pond are indeed placed right next to Elders Pond, offering a scenic and tranquil ambiance. Restaurants close by include Blue Ginger Asian Bistro, Firehouse Subs, and Carolina’s Wings & Rib House, all providing excellent dining experiences. Renter reviews described Rice Terrace as being nice and clean. There were some rumors dealing with crime previously; however, tenants mentioned the walls are thick and provide plenty of privacy. Many say the staff is helpful and considerate to everyone that needs aid. Said to be in an upscale part of town, there are many features that are available to residents.
