Pinewood Manor Apartments is located 8 miles south of downtown Memphis near I-69 and the Memphis Airport. Tenants have a variety of recreational opportunities in the seven parks that surround the apartment complex, one of which — for all you music enthusiasts — is Otis Redding Park. For convenient shopping, residents can walk down to the Whitehaven Plaza just a half mile away or venture the 2 miles down the road to Walmart. Reviewers agreed that the apartment units are quiet and affordable, but with a management change the upkeep and security of the apartment complex, as well as the management customer service, has declined.
