Arbors River Oaks is situated on Arbor Commons Circle, just off of Humphreys Boulevard. Residents enjoy quick access to Interstate 240, giving them an easy drive to the city. Oriented in the eastern suburbs, Arbors River Oaks is just down the street from Restorative Care Hospital. The apartments are also conveniently close to a Japanese restaurant, Sekisui. Tenant reviews have been mixed. A number of reviews mention bugs and old appliances, but many praise Arbors River Oaks as one of the best places to live in Memphis; so prospective tenants should take that into account.

Poplar Place Apartments is in Memphis’ eastern suburbs and resides on Randolph Place. The complex offer townhomes for tenants looking for a nice residence just outside the city. Residents can enjoy easy access to Macaroni Grill, Swanky’s Taco Shop, Petra Café, and other eateries. Tenant reviews of the property maintain that the size and price of the units is very nice, but that Poplar Place suffers from pest infestation and poor maintenance. Perhaps the apartment's management has begun to get a handle on these issues, though this remains to be established.
