The Summit Apartments reside 20 minutes outside of downtown Memphis and is just off Covington Pike, which has a decent selection of dining options, including China Inn, Los Reyes Mexican Restaurant, and Captain D’s. Entertainment and family activities are within the neighborhood like the Raleigh Skating Center less than 2 miles away and John F Kennedy Park in the backyard of the complex. The tenants have had issues with the community’s security due to the location in an area that is considered unsafe, and have complained about the building’s deteriorating nature. Jamesbridge Apartments are located on South Advantage Way Drive, just off of Stage James Road. Residents enjoy easy access to public transport as well as Interstate 40. Tenants have but a short walk to reach a nearby Dollar General, should they need to acquire essentials for their living space. Renter reviews of Jamesbridge have described the apartments’ management and maintenance staff for being unresponsive and rude.
