The complex is nestled in a residential community, within walking distance to Kate Bond Elementary School. Walmart is less than 1.5 miles away and smaller groceries like Countryside Market, a local favorite are also in the area. The complex resides just west of the Colonial Country Club, which boasts impressive and challenging courses for avid golfers. Countryside Apartments is located on Country Manor Drive in Memphis’ Northeast suburbs. Residents are a short drive to CiCi’s Pizza and the Hollywood 20 Cinemas, so a night out is no difficult task. Tenant reviews have been mixed, but the consensus seems to be that there is quite a bit of noise in the complex and there is a risk of property crime.
